A damaged battery always has to be recycled, even if it still works.
Including water forced in by a pressure washer, which the manufacturer's warranty does not cover.

Parts, accessories or the bike itself not coming back. Report a theft to the police first and send us the case number.

Handover and handling
Situations that are about logistics rather than the bike's condition.

How a charge is settled
We take the amount from your €200 deposit and return the rest. If a charge is larger than the deposit, we invoice the difference with 14 days to pay - we never take more than the deposit from your card without telling you first.
Most of this can be insured
Theft and damage cover is €2 a day. With it, a theft or a written-off bike costs you the excess instead of the bike's market value.
